Resolver One 1.0 Released and Spreadsheet Licenses Updated

Resolver One 1.0 has been released.

Resolver One is free to use for non-commercial use. For a short while the commercial version is only $99 (normally $199).

The new version of Resolver One includes license information in your spreadsheets. For commercial versions this defaults to 'proprietary/commercial'. For the non-commercial version of Resolver One you have to choose between 'personal/non-commercial' and an open source license.

Previously the Resolver Hacks spreadsheets didn't have license information in them - so I've updated them to include the BSD license.

Resolver Beta, API Changes and Site Update

The public beta of Resolver is now available for download! This is Resolver 1.0 Beta 4 and the team are on a weekly release cycle so there should be regular updates. You can download it (free registration required) from:

Resolver Beta Download

This beta has several improvements, including a simplification in the API for user code. I have finally updated Resolver Hacks to work with the new API. All the spreadsheets and screenshots have been updated!

Resolver Beta Launched

A new beta version of Resolver has been sent out to the first set of people who signed up for the beta test.

If you signed up, but weren't included in this 'first wave', then don't worry. It shouldn't be long before we get the next wave out.

We have implemented several new features and there are plenty more on the way. We've also done a small API tidy up - so I've updated a couple of the examples here on Resolver Hacks.

Hopefully soon I will have examples of accessing google calendars and google spreadsheets from Resolver. As soon as these are done I'll let you know.
